หนังสือฉบับนี้เป็นการให้ความยินยอมในการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ และเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แก่ บริษัท เดอะ ฮาปปี้เนส คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด ("บริษัท") ตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูล ส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA) โปรดอ่านโดยละเอียดก่อนให้ความยินยอม

การให้ความยินยอมนี้เป็นไปโดยสมัครใจ ท่านสามารถเพิกถอนความยินยอมได้ทุกเมื่อ โดยติดต่อ kai@thehappiness.co.th ทั้งนี้ การเพิกถอนจะไม่กระทบต่อการประมวลผลที่ได้ดำเนินการไปแล้วโดยชอบด้วยกฎหมาย

1. ข้อมูลที่ขอความยินยอม

ชื่อ-นามสกุล, เบอร์โทรศัพท์, อีเมล, ที่อยู่จัดส่ง, ข้อมูลบัญชีธนาคาร, LINE User ID, ข้อมูลเครือข่ายและคะแนน (PV) รวมถึงข้อมูลการใช้งานบริการ

2. วัตถุประสงค์ของการให้ความยินยอม

การลงทะเบียนและบริหารจัดการสมาชิกภาพ
การคำนวณคะแนน ผลตอบแทน และการจ่ายผลตอบแทนเข้าบัญชีธนาคาร
การดำเนินการสั่งซื้อ จัดส่ง และบริการหลังการขาย
การติดต่อสื่อสาร แจ้งข่าวสาร โปรโมชัน และกิจกรรมการตลาด

3. รายการความยินยอม

เพื่อให้ครบถ้วน ท่านสามารถให้ความยินยอมแยกตามวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้:

ความยินยอมที่จำเป็น — เพื่อให้บริการหลักของแพลตฟอร์ม (จำเป็นต่อการเป็นสมาชิก)
ความยินยอมด้านการตลาด — เพื่อรับข่าวสาร โปรโมชัน และข้อเสนอ (เลือกได้)
ความยินยอมด้านการวิเคราะห์ — เพื่อวิเคราะห์การใช้งานและปรับปรุงบริการ (เลือกได้)

4. การให้ความยินยอมจริง

การให้ความยินยอมตามวัตถุประสงค์ข้างต้นจะดำเนินการผ่านแบบฟอร์ม/แอปพลิเคชันของบริษัท ในขั้นตอนการลงทะเบียนสมาชิกหรือการใช้งานบริการ ซึ่งระบบจะบันทึกวันเวลาและรายการที่ท่านให้ความยินยอมไว้ เป็นหลักฐาน

5. สิทธิของท่าน

ท่านมีสิทธิเข้าถึง แก้ไข ลบ คัดค้าน ระงับการใช้ ขอโอนย้าย และเพิกถอนความยินยอม ตามรายละเอียดใน นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว

This document constitutes your consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data by The Happiness Corporation Co., Ltd. ("the Company") in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). Please read it carefully before giving consent.

Giving this consent is voluntary. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting kai@thehappiness.co.th. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully carried out.

1. Data Covered by This Consent

Full name, phone number, email, shipping address, bank account details, LINE User ID, network and point (PV) data, and service usage data.

2. Purposes of This Consent

Registration and management of membership.
Calculation of points, rewards, and payouts to your bank account.
Order processing, delivery, and after-sales service.
Communication, news, promotions, and marketing activities.

3. Consent Items

For completeness, you may grant consent separately by purpose:

Necessary consent — to provide the core platform services (required for membership).
Marketing consent — to receive news, promotions, and offers (optional).
Analytics consent — to analyze usage and improve services (optional).

4. How Consent Is Given

Consent for the above purposes is given through the Company's forms/application during member registration or service use. The system records the date, time, and items you consented to as evidence.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict, port, and withdraw consent, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
